| This album is
titled 'The Sixties' for two reasons: 1) All of the songs were composed by Freddy Moore (and co-writers) in the 1960s, and 2) The baby boomer generation is approaching their sixties. This is the follow up album to the Kat Club's 2007 CD 'los angelenos'. All of the tracks were recorded during 2007/2008 by the present members of The Kat Club. Each song was approached as if it were a modern composition. It is highly unlikely that the listener will have heard any of these songs, only five of them have ever been performed in public and, only one song has previously appeared on an album. This will most likely be a nostalgic album for only the songwriters. |
